- The development of a rotary measuring device reduces the measuring motion and allows the filling to fall straight down in the shortest distance, achieving a high capacity of 200 shots per minute, which is unimaginable with conventional horizontal reciprocating measuring devices.
- Production volume has more than tripled, and the work of several conventional lines can now be done on one line. It greatly contributes to reducing expenses such as equipment costs, installation space and labor cost.
- The measuring section can be easily pulled out to the front. The time required to remove parts is reduced to 1/3 compared to the slide dosing measuring type. It is convenient for cleaning.
- A wide range of options including various printers, film meandering correction devices, various cutting methods (continuous packaging, zigzag, eye notch, R cut, special shapes), auto splicer, fine adjuster (die roll gap control device), weight checker for each lane, etc. Can be proposed according to customer requests.
