SK SERIES
- The material is rolled out from nonwoven fabric roll, formed, then creased and cut to the specified size.
This is an automatic line that manufactures disposable non-woven masks in the process of welding ear strings.
- We can also propose a series of production lines from individual packaging, stacking, bagging, and cartooning.
- Capacity 100 ~ sheets/min
- Production can be done with 1 to 2 operators per line.
- We guarantee stable production quality such as reliable pleats and sealing of ear strings.
- Final manufacturing, adjustment, trial run, and installation delivery will be done in-house (Japan).
Customization is possible as only a manufacturer can do.
