Compact Strip Four-sided seal filling and packaging machine
MS-CSP
- This is a machine model that realizes a "new" format for individual packaging of tablets and capsules.
- The filling supplied from the tablet shutter is packed in a four-sided sealed package into pockets that are pre-formed on both sides.
R-cutting is performed using a die-cutting device to produce a 5 lane x 2-piece sheet product for example. - We solve the problems faced by conventional SP packaging and PTP packaging (portability, accidental ingestion, etc.).
- While ensuring softness and barrier properties through flexible packaging, each package can be separated, compact and portable.
- Filling capacity: 5 consecutive packages x 300 rpm = 1500 tablets/min
- Sheet processing capacity: 300 rpm / 2 vertical packages = 150 sheets/min
